  1. Use JPGenie for creating explicit or pornographic content, deepfakes, or other harmful image manipulations.
  2. Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on JPGenie's infrastructure.
  3. Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or any activities conducted on the Service.
  4. Bypass any measures JPGenie may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service (or parts thereof).
  5. Use any method to extract data from the Services, including web scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction methods, other than as permitted through an allowable API.
  6. Reverse engineer, reverse compile, decompile, translate, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the Services.
  7. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site without JPGenie's express written permission.

DMCA and Takedown Policy

JPGenie respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Fees and Payments

All fees paid are non-refundable due to the high processing costs.
